Please send your complete DMCA notice to our designated agent via email:

Email subject should include: "DMCA Takedown Request - [Website/Content Name]"

What Happens After Submission

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:

  • Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
  • Notify the user who posted the material of the takedown
  • Provide the user with a copy of the DMCA notice
  • Advise the user of their right to submit a counter-notification if they believe the takedown was mistaken

Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

• Your physical or electronic signature

• Identification of the removed material and its location before removal

• A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake

• Your contact information and consent to jurisdiction of federal court
